职位描述：

1.Satisfy clients needs of site service according to the promise of our company whether the Product warranty period or not.
满足客户关于现场服务的需求，无论在质保期之内或已经脱保，都遵循公司的承诺。
2.Making work plans for technicians and the coordinators and check their work.
制定现场技术人员和协调员的工作计划，组织安排并审核监督他们的工作。
3.Participate and solve all the tachenical problems, including Q-Board&Q7.
参与和监督解决所有的技术问题，包含Q-Board&Q7。
4.Make sure logistic work carry out properly.
确保物流工作的正确实施。
5.Supervise and solve problems found on the sitemake final effective solutions.
监督解决在现场发现的问题，制定解决方案直至最终的有效实施。
6.Coordinate subcontracted services.
协调分包服务的工作。
7.Relative expenses supervision of each project and specific work.
监督每个项目和具体工作的相关费用。
8.Coordinat relations among departments of the company so as to work efficiently,such as Human Resource department,Quality Management,Strategy Purchasing and System Engeering department ect.
协调公司内各部门以便开展工作（人事、质量、采购、系统工程）。
9.Follow policies and standards about environment,quality and safety within the responsibilites.
在职责范围内遵守并执行有关环境和质量健康安全事宜政策和标准。
10.Take as a team leader to carry out the site work within field service area such as scheduled service, on-call service, etc
领导所属现场工作,如计划和非计划现场服务等。
11.Manage site field team, such as manpower dispatch, check technicians timesheets and service reports, etc;
管理现场团队,如人员派遣,检查技术员的作业记录和工作服务报告等。
12.Maintain customer relationship and develop service business;
维护客户关系,促进售后服务工作。
13.Support the new equipment sales.
支持新设备销售工作。
14.Provide all kinds of support & instruction to after-sales engineer and worker.
为售后工程师和工人提供各方面支持。


任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree or above with CET-4 at least
本科以上学历，英语水平四级以上
2.At least 8 yeasr experience in refrigeration field or related, 2-3 years related working experience in supervisor position
至少8年以上空调或相关行业工作经验，至少2-3年主管岗位工作经验

Merak Jinxin Air Conditioning Systems (Wuxi) CO. Ltd, is a plant founded in June, 2008, which is a JV owned company in China invested by Jinxin Group and Merak Spain, belonging to Knorr-Bremse Group, with research and development, production, sales and after-sales set in one -scale enterprise. It specializes in onboard air conditioning system related with metro and railway vehicles. We have Long experiences and references both in European & Chinese Markets, involving products ranges covering all kind of markets and fully understand the needs of different customers.
