Primary Responsibilities:
1. Fully in charge of the daily management of warehouse, formulate and regulate the warehouse management procedures, warehouse management system, and security of warehouse. Research and formulation storage management measures, operation process and continuous improvement.
2. Effective organization and coordination of warehouse management personnel, reasonable arrangement of employees work allocation, check and monitor its working conditions, implement 5S strict performance management standard.
3. According to the warehouse inventory situation to carry on the reasonable planning and layout adjustment.
4. Responsible for the warehouse in, out, and inventory operation management, and implement effective supervision and verification.
5. Supervise warehouse inventory, analysis dish deficient, overage, loss, damage and reasons, and propose treatment suggestions.
6. Make regular warehouse reports.
7. Keep regular warehouse personnel training, and constantly improve the overall strength of the team.
8. Responsible of coordinate with inventory related departments.
Key Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, logistic, ware housing, supply chain related major.
2. At least 5 years of logistic and warehouse related management working experience. With foreign company related working experience is preferred.
3. Familiar with logistic and inventory business process, related quality management system. With logistic professional knowledge and skilled ERP management software is preferred.
4. Strong planning, execution and work with the plan ability; good communication skills, knowledge of computer operation.
5. Have a good sense of responsibility and innovation consciousness, can work under pressure.
6. Integrity, honesty, obeys arrangement from the leadership.
