职位描述：
Reporting directly to the Managing Director of KT China and functionally to the Human Resource Business Partner for APAC, you will be responsible for providing HR leadership and full spectrum HR functions to our business units in China.You are part of the local management team and will oversee a team of competence HR and Admin professionals. This is both a hands-on as well as strategic role to implement and execute sound HR solutions and services in support company strategic planning (LRP).

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business leaders to translate business goals into effective sound HR initiatives/plans to support strategic business goals;
- Participate in and implement HOERBIGER global and region HR processes;
- Work closely with local management team on workforce planning, budgeting, company and statutory reporting, etc.;
- Champion employee engagement activities through Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, Training and other employee focused actions or programs;
- Responsible for full employee life cycle activities starting from recruitment to On-Boarding, compensation and benefits, welfare, disciplinary and grievance handling, training and development, building talents pipeline and all the way till cessation of employment;
- Coach and provide support to line management on HR issues;
- Ensure site compliance with to global and local policies, local workforce laws and regulations;
- Deliver timely HR-related communications to workforce (e.g. policy changes, compliance, workforce changes);
- Maintain all HR data and systems in a timely and accurate manner;
- Review and propose changes for policies, processes and work flow;
- Any other ad-hoc projects which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
- Strong local HR knowledge and profound business acumen;
- Knowledge of linkage between macro-economic indicators to industry / business;
- Solid understanding of 'organization capablities' in context of state of organization and future requirements;
- Good understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet;
- Knowledge of sales force effectiveness models;
- Understanding of organization design and effectiveness;
- Good understanding of labor laws / principles;
- Good understanding of talent analytics and demographic data;
- Involvement in key business decisions to drive change or manage growth;
- Preverably experience in a multi national organization;
- Industrial experience mandantory; either Production or Service;
- At least 10 years of experience in different industries;
- Strong executive persence with clear articulation ability in English;
- Must have operated at leadership level with matrix reporting;
- Degree in HR, Business Management or Marketing;
- Proficient in English communication - written and verbal;
- Experienc in driving and implementation of HR projects;
