工作内容：
针对客户提供的工件图纸；

机床和设备如夹具、刀具和操作系统的构件维护为用户制作工件加工流程编制加工工艺；
流程和操作周期的监控；
为预验收及最终验收制作流程分析报告；
具备项目及工作任务独立处理的能力；
公司技术中心或者用户端独立演示机器操作以及备份；
向用户移交最终机器/设备。


对您的要求：
学士学位；
3年以上机械行业工作经验；
英语读写说流畅 ；
熟练使用CAD软件 ；
有机械加工工艺编制经验；
有机床行业，刀具行业工作经验者优先考虑；
针对客户支持，可自愿灵活出差；
良好的沟通技巧，根据实际情况可灵活支配工作；
高度的责任感及承受力；
独立负责且易于融入团队工作中。

We provide machine tools and application for world-wide automotive manufacturers with hundred years experience and a unique design process. center of China – Shanghai, on Oct.18th 2004. We have supplied a great quantity of production lines and other machinery equipment for dozens of machinery manufacturers across China. At the same time, We can improve pre-sales, technical support and after-sales service for Chinese customers, and make each customers feel perfect quality and continuous development of HELLER’s production. A challenging working opportunity for you in the after-sales service center in Heller Shanghai & Beijing.

Job Description:
According to the workpiece drawing which supplied by customer:
Select the right machine
Design the manufacture process
Select the right cutting tools, cutting data and make out the cycle time table
Bring out the idea of fixture
Keep good contact with fixture supplier, cutting tool supplier and discuss the proposal with them
Introduce the complete proposal to customer


Requirements:
Bachlor degree
Over three years work experience in machine tools industry
Basic English abilities in both written and oral fluently
Familiar with using of CAD
With the experience of compiling for the mechaning process
Working experience in machine tools will be a plus
