工作职责及要求
1)根据生产需要开发、制造、改进、维修和管理模具（包括调试和维护注塑机，对模具工艺进行分析改进以不断完善提高工艺流程；制定、完善注塑模具文件和具体操作规程； 主持新模具的试模及修正和完善注塑工艺解决模

具实际的质量问题等）；
2)现场管理的督导，包括6S管理、目视化管理等；
3)协同拟定外协模具的定置要求；
4)对下属及员工进行业务技能培训和考核，提高员工素质和工作效率；
5)与相关部门沟通和协调相关工作；
6)枪头配件工艺程序的制定、改进、管理；
7)TIG新产品开发8)SCALA系统数据的更新；
8)公司及部门安排的其他工作。

任职资格要求（含教育、工作经验、技能、等）
1)大专及以上学历，模具、注塑、机械制造等相关专业毕业。
2年或以上相关工作经验，特别是机加工、模具制造、改进、管理等相关经验，熟悉模具运转流程。
3)熟练使用Office办公软件，CAD/Solid Work/UG等制图软件。
4)具备较强的工作协调能力和管理能力
5)工作认真负责、严谨细致

懂硅橡胶模具或者胶木粉模具，
英语好优先！
