职位职能:

《新概念》英语老师 Teachers of New Concept English

职位描述:

1、认真制定教学计划，并按计划完成教学任务
2、自觉更新英语专业知识，不断积累教学经验，改进教学方法，灵活运用现代教育技术手段。
3、认真学习现代教育理论，按教育教学规律进行教学，认真备课，做到课前有计划、有准备。
4、教学面向全体学生，加强学生英语的口语交际能力训练，努力改进教法，保证课堂教学质量， 提高英语教学的实用性。
5、关心跟进生，帮助他们树立自信；作业布置适量，批改认真，及时反馈，组织好本班的英语

检测工作；

6、 按时、按量、按质地上交英语教学有关的报表及计划、总结等

Requirements:

1， Teaching plans seriously making and accomplishing;

2， English professional knowledge self-refreshing, teaching experience accumulating, modern teaching techniques flexibly application;

3， Up-to-date teaching theories, teaching rules obeying, good pre-preparation;

4， Enhance oral English training, improve teaching methods, keep high teaching qualities, improve the practicability of English teaching;

5， Take care of laggards to help them build confidence; assign and correct homework, feedback in time; organize tests;
