职位描述:课程顾问 Course Consultant

岗位职责：

1、 接待家长及学生的到访。为家长提供教育咨询服务。

2、 负责接听家长咨询电话及家长、学生的约访；

3、 全力协助专职任课教师对学员做好信息的反馈，辅导方案的落实，促进教学目标的达成；

4、 维护小巨人的品牌形象，负责家长与学生的沟通协调工作，与家长建立良好关系，提高客户满意度与忠诚度；

5、 及时搜集整理教育相关的资讯，不断提升综合的业务素养，为学生、家长提供值得信赖的教育咨询服务。

Requirements:

1， Parents and students reception work; consulting service providing, individual learning analyzing, and specific plan making.

2，l Assist professional teachers with feedbacks, specific plan supervising;

3， Maintain the brand image, customers communicating and coordinating skills, customers relationship building;

4， Educational information collecting, all round abilities improving, reliable consulting service.

Requirements:

1， Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in psychology, education, teacher training, marketing or related specialties;

2， Outstanding communicating skills, strong capability of stress working;

3，Better with related experience.
