职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.New supplier sourcing in the market and make classification,
2.Send RFQ and collect the quote to make comparison,
3.Release PO and follow the supplier with delivery,
4.Follow APQP process to develop the samples making and ensure to meet the requirement,
5.Lead the TR meeting in development,
6.Work closely with supplier and Engineering to make design optimization to reduce cost,
7.Monitor supplier process and analyzing the process necessity and accuracy,
8.Work closely with SQE to monitor the sample quality and feedback to supplier,
9.Continues develop supplier as best material chain and win-win for Satckpole technology,
10.Supplier motivation and keep continual improvement,
11.Review supplier cost saving from quality perspective through suppliers development and improvements,
12.Develop CI ideas to improve development and reduce costs,
13.Support program managers as required,
14.Other tasks assigned by leader.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.A bachelor degree in mechanical Engineering,
2.3-4 years’ experience in automotive supplier sourcing and samples development,
3.Familiar with major manufacture process, like die casting, machining, fine blanking, stamping, plastic injection molding, sealing,
4.Understanding of automotive ISO/TS 16949 operating systems,
5.Excellent communications, negotiating, conflict management, and problem solving skills,
6.Team player with “can do” attitude,
7.Testing, assembly, GD&T, and DFM knowledge an asset,
