- Responsible for Laboratory safety and 5S
- Deliver high quality results for assigned projects within timeline
- Responsible for production/project development per request
- Provide technical guidance for internal and external requests
- Develop new products according to company/market needs
- Help customer for project development and solving technical issues
- Coordinate with other department to provide solution for customer
- Translate customer voice to product technical requirements
- Write technical /visiting reports timely and informatively
- Comply with company HSE-Q requirement
- Visit customers frequently upon request.


QUALIFICATIONS
- Master Degree in Polymer and Material Science,
- Entry level to two years of working experience
SKILLS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills;
- Fluent English
