职位描述：

Responsibilities

· Develop, implement and maintain continuous improvement projects and lead continuous improvement workshops

· Improve manufacturing efficiency by planning, analyzing and enhancing work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout

· Manage start-up of new parts

· Ensure that safety requirements are met and equipment delivers expected product quality

· Define process flow and determine technical process parameters, create Bills of Materials

· Create and maintain manufacturing documentation

· Maintain technical and personnel standard times

· Generate work instructions

· Provide input to product cost calculation and quotation costing

· Give input to the development of global guidelines and – systems

· Maintain loss data collection system

· Jointly collaborate with the Central Industrial Engineering

Education

· Engineering degree (MSc, BSc) in mechanical engineering

Skills

· Excellent knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures

· Understanding of lean production

· English fluent

· Working ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)

· Ability to deal with complexity
