职位描述：

工作职责：

1. 全面负责猎头项目的具体推进、执行，完成年度业务指标；

Be fully responsible for the detailed control and execution of the headhunting projects to achieve the annual quota;

2. 充分分析客户需求，制定寻访方案，深度挖掘，寻找到合适的候选人；

To make deep digs of the customers’ demand and make search plan accordingly to reach the suitable candidates;

3. 与候选人进行专业有效的沟通，包括电话面试及面谈；

To conduct professional and effective communication by means of tele-interviews and face to face ones with the potential candidates;

4. 研究所负责行业发展动向，熟悉产业结构及候选人分布，收集行业内人才信息，积累人才资源；

To apply comprehensive study of the responsible industry, know well the industry structure and distribution of talents within the field, collect and accumulate related information;

5. 与客户保持积极、有效的沟通，保证项目顺利进行；

To maintain positive and effective communications with customers so as to make sure a smooth progress;

6. 深度挖掘客户需求，维护客户关系；

To develop new customers within the pharmaceutical circle;

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，理工科专业尤佳，两年以上工作经验,有销售背景者优先；

Bachelor degree above, major preferred in science and technology, with more than 2 years work experience in total; sales background is a plus;

2. 熟悉猎头操作流程，具备必要的专业知识；

Familiar with the program of headhunter, in possession of necessary knowledge related;

3. 亲和力佳，富有激情，拥有持续的自我驱动能力；

Passionate and self-motivated but of natural attraction;

4. 能够在高压力下开展工作，应变能力强；

Capable of work under high pressure, great tact in dealing with emergence in a flexible way;

5. 优秀的学习能力，坚持不懈；

Persistent, strong study ability;

6. 良好的团队精神；

Fine team spirit;

7. 优秀的普通话和英文沟通能力。

Excellent command of Chinese and English.
