Main responsibilities
As part of the senior management team in China is based in our small but growing factory in Suzhou you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for the achievement of the sales strategy in China and other markets where buying decision is made in China .
Your role will include
? Develop and execute sales plan for China and related markets
? Build and maintain strong business relationships with targeted customers and distributors
? Manage quotations and sales orders
? Identify and manage tendering process and sales for major projects
? As sales increase develop and lead sales team
? Contribute to Senior Management Team China
To be considered for this role you will need
? Minimum 7 years experience
o as a top sales person developing sales in electrical technical markets
o with an international company
? knowledge of the design and construction of Enclosures for Electrical switchgear, IT Telco or infrastructure applications
? Strong relationships with Customers including Engineering Procurement Construction consultants, Major contractors, Original Equipment Manufacturers,
? Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
? Strong computer skills including ability to do analysis on Excel, and effectively use CRM and Project Management programs
? Strong written and verbal English and Chinese Language
? Knowledge of Chinese and International electrical standards for industrial
? Tertiary or trade qualification in Electrical or related field
? It is preferred to also have tertiary qualifications in Business
? Willingness to travel and a car licence
