任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，法律相关专业，英语熟练；
2.两年以上律师事务所从业经验或三年以上外资企业法务部门从业经验；
3.法律基础知识扎实，熟悉公司法、合同法、劳动法、知识产权法等法律法规；
4.合同及法律文书写作功底扎实，文字能力强。
5.精通法律英文写作，英语口语非常流利。
6.具有较强分析、处理、应变及解决问题的能力，善于与人沟通，掌握法律谈判技巧；
7.为人正直，有大局观，道德品质良好，无不良记录；高度的工作责任感和敬业精神，良好的职业道德和职业操守；
