职位描述：
按部门下达的计划完成各项生产任务；
- 协调平衡本班组内的生产工作，及时向部门主管提出执行任务中遇到的困难和不正常现象；
- 组织好班组交接工作，做好本班组出勤、领用料、日产量、报废等台账，保证各项记录齐全，帐、卡、物三相符；
- 每月做好盘点工作，做到帐、卡、物三相符；
- 执行公司制度，做好本班组的工艺卫生、环境卫生和设备仪器的维护保养工作及安全生产工作，发现事故和违规及时处理和报告；
- 做好班组人员的操作培训工作，关心其思想、学习和生活习惯，不断提高自己和工人的素质。
- 降低生产成本，控制生产中的低值易耗品，配合检验员把好工序质量关。
- 配合工程部做好新品试制工作，争创效益，与兄弟班组搞好协作关系。

中专或高中以上学历
三年以上制造企业生产管理经验。汽车行业优先。
