专业技能要求Technical Skill Requirements：
? The ability to trouble-shoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
? Have the skills in TPM, PM and machine modification
? Requires a basic knowledge of electricity and electronics
? Troubleshooting skills with a computer, have the knowledge of PLC
? Requires basic computer troubleshooting skills
? The ability to interpret blueprints and equipment schematics.
? Self-motivated and innovation
? To be able to work in a team environment.
工作职责及内容 Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Maintenance Engineer, ensures all of the spare parts and consumable’s quantity is correct, maintenance inventory activities are performed in a timely and efficient manner to reduce production down-time
Within ISO TS 16949 maintains the process:
- Understand and apply specific Company safety regulations and procedures associated with the ordering and inventory of spare parts and supplies used in maintenance, manufacturing and engineering support operation.
- Follow up all of parts is delivery timely. Check and trace spare parts which low than minimum quantity.
- Inventory database maintenance, keep data is accurate and running smoothly.
- Daily or weekly check consumable inventory, like hydraulic oil etc. Contact with external supplier to get quotation then fill in PR.
- For all of scrap broken parts, separate then deserving special treatment monthly.
- Diagnose and elimination the safety inventory to reduce the cost, establish the safety quantity
- Assist engineering and production team members with the development and follow the parts status to maximize production efficiency.
-Daily work in warehouse, spare receiving, releasing and keeping, quality control
-Keep proper record for warehouse spare change.
-Periodical warehouse inventory check and statistics of inventory cost.
-Assist engineering to track the using of spare parts and manage the safety stock to insure cost effective.
-Purchase application of spare parts and enhance parts localization and parts replacement.
-Communicate with foreign supplier to handle with parts import and technical support.
-Take part in the PM work.
-Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Maintenance Engineer.
