职位描述：
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in communication or mechanical engineering related;
- At least 3 years relevant work experiences as process engineer, process development engineer and quality engineer etc.;
- Extensive process development experience (preferably in assembly processes;
- Experiences with Radio Frequency products is prefer;
- Good computer skill for office as well as CATIA;
- Good English both in oral, reading and writing.

Main Tasks:
- Evaluation of products and assembly process regarding feasibility and process capability;
- Implement new products in local as well as international production sites;
- Execution of product and process transfers, incl. the translation of the production documents and trainings of employees;
- Execution of international projects concerning strategic initiatives, new technologies, quality issues and continuous improvements;
- Evaluation and acquisition of production resources to increase efficiency and cost reduction;
- Support the Quality Assurance team to solve quality problems as soon as possible;
- Open to further training according to personal and task specific needs;
- Technical support of global production sites in delivery and quality issues. 举报 分享
