任职要求：
1、大专以上学历， 英语听说读写流利
  College degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
2、有进口食品进入中国和自由贸易区的经验，或有在中国的超市工作的经验。
  Has experience in importing food into China and the free trade zones or have experience with working with supermarkets in China and distributing food.
3、熟悉常用的办公软件
  Familiar with common office soft
4、有良好的英语能力和工作能力，有自己的食品运营策略和良好的开发中国市场的能力。
  Have good English skills and the ability to work on their own and think for them how to grow a food business in China
5、热爱销售工作，思维敏捷，良好的口才和市场开拓经验，较强的沟通、协调能力和团队协作能力
  Love sales work, quick thinking, good eloquence and market development experience，strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills

Aliance has been running for more than eight years with a staff of 10 employees in Shanghai and over 70 workers in the factory in Qingdao some and employees in changzhou. We have a few Australians involved in the business on daily basis.
We focus on trading between China and Australia, UK, and USA. Our products cover glass, Stainless steel products, kayak, SUP, solar panel, LED light ,import food and metal fabrications.
The business has been growing very quickly and the products we have been working on are very popular so we need more employees to grow with us.
