职位描述：
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Manage ERP implementation and support activities within the global structure.
2.Coordinate and perform the activities throughout the project initiation, requirement, design, build, validation, cutover and exit phases, ensure the solution is delivered with quality and satisfaction.
3.Participates in regional applications projects on other IT systems ( e.g. NPM)
4.Support users in ERP Finance and manage process optimizations regarding Oracle/SAP ERP.
5.Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, forms, and other technical enhancements.
6.Responsible for developing, conducting, and coordinating related training.
7.Independently document all relevant solutions.
8.Moderate workshops with subject matter experts
9.Execute finance and controlling process analysis;
10.Advocate best practice process redesign with relevant business partners
11.Heavy collaboration with business and IT staff (internal and external)
12.Apply ERP expertise to identify and exploit new process improvement opportunities in the organization


POSITION REQUIREMENTS
 
1.Bachelor degree of computer or accounting related
2.Minimum 3 years of SAP finance work experience,
3.Experience on SAP implementation project preferred.
4.Ability to interpret, analyzes, and delivers business reports.

6.Solid SAP/ERP integration knowledge of core modules.
7.Strong project management skills.
8.Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
