职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Maintain the HSE management system and support the audit so as to make sure the system is available
维护HSE管理体系并协助相关审核工作以确保体系在公司的有效执行；
2.Maintain the chemical and waste management system and make hazardous waste disposal compliance with legal requirement
维护化学品和废弃物管理规定，确保公司危废处理方式符合法规要求；
3.Investigate the incident/accident and give support to make correction; Report the incident to PPC HSE Group
调查并汇报事件过程、原因，制定整改方案
4.To supervise purchase, distribution and use of PPE
对个人劳动防护用品采购、发放和使用进行管理与PPC
5.Communicate with PPC for HSE issues timely and implement the safety direction; prepare the HSE data monthly.
定期交流HSE事项；在公司内实施新的安全管理规定；每月准备汇报数据
6.Conduct the HSE training to new employees and specific training if necessary
对新员工进行HSE培训，有需要时实施特殊项目的培训
7.Provide direction for occupational hygiene, concerns and hazardous material management
对职业健康、卫生、危险物品的管理给予指导
8.Give support to the plant and method engineer to evaluate the HSE risk on the new process
协助设备、工艺等部门对新的工艺流程实施HSE 风险评估
9.Regular visit C&W field, raise some HSE suggestions, carry on the corresponding safety measures.
定期巡检售后现场，提出安全建议，进行相应的安全整改。
10.Perform all other task assigned by supervisor
完成领导分配的其它任务

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Safety or Environment Management
安全或环境专业本科或以上学历。
2.At least 1 years working experience in safe management.
至少1年以上安全工作经验
3.Good communication, organization, coordination skills and trans-department work
具备良好的沟通，组织和协调能力，善于跨部门工作
4.Good English in reading and writing and speaking is preferable.
具体英语读写能力及英语口语良好者优先。
5.Good MS office skill, esp. PPT and Excel
熟练使用Word, Excel和PPT
6.Proactive, patient, proactive and Careful.
积极主动，有耐心，积极主动，且注意细节。
7.Adapt frequent business trip.
