职位描述：

-Represent Autoliv in resolution of quality issues for all Autoliv products.

-Develop customer relationship related to quality rating

-Interface with all concerned Autoliv plants on customer quality issues for timely resolutions

-Coordinate the disposition and return for all defective products

-Coordinate on-site sorting activities and any rework activity

-Support the launches of new products at the customer locations

-Review product at warranty centers and customer plants to provide data and information for quality reports

-Quick response for customer quality issue

-6 sigma application on the COP (Conformity Of Product)

-Close customer 8D report on time

-Follow up OPI5(customer ppm) and ensure to achieve the target

-Manage internal AS412 and follow up AS412 findings to be solved via internal 8D.

-Work with AMC team for problem solving related to customer

-Manage all customer PPAP

-Manage all customer audit with team

-Continuous improvement
