职位描述：

- Arrange LAT and AO test finish on time.

统筹安排实验室工作及AO实验，确保试验及时完成，AO井然有序。

- Ensures laboratory procedures are followed to determine specific problems and recognize areas for improvements

监督及督促所有组员完全按照实验室的流程操，协助完善SWI。

- Manage the gauge, and responsible for calibration.

管理量具，负责量具校验。

- Manage test bay at night shift, make sure jobs transferred between day and night shift clearly.

管理各班实验日常事务，确保早、中班的工作清晰的交接; 对组员提出的异常点进行跟踪。

- Maintains laboratory equipment and environment through the practice of 5s principles and TPM.

运用5S方法，带领实验室团队保证实验室环境干净整洁。

- Train and push team member do the reaction plan when test fail. Identify quality problems and assist with implementing / validating error proofing methods.

如有失败实验督促组员及时执行反应措施。能够鉴别实验异常问题，协助质量工程师完成解决不合格品的确认和验证。

- Maintain test equipment. Record all the maintenance record and train team member the method of maintain.

对实验室设备进行TPM维护和保养。所有设备异常都需要有维修记录，培训组员设备维修的知识。

- Stock taking spare parts status regularly and feedback abnormal.

定期核对关键设备工装的库存状态，异常及时反馈。

- Contact supplier to purchase consumable. 联系外部供应商，定期采购日常耗材。

- to learn and understand test principle software programs used in the test bays.

能够主动学习和了解实验原理，熟悉所有用于试验软件的应用。

- Assist in designing and developing new laboratory equipment to improve testing process.

为实验流程的持续该进提供新思路新办法。

- Performs other duties as assigned.

能够接受并执行所委派的其它工作内容。

任职资格：

- Relative working experience on testing

- 有测试相关工作经验

- Mechanical or electronic background

- 机械或电子背景

- Be familiar with Equipment/Machine

- 熟悉机械设备

- Be familiar with QC/QA and gauge calibration

- 熟悉QC/QA和量具校验

- Must be familiar with basic office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- 熟悉办公软件

- Basic understanding of TS16949

- 了解TS16949
