职位描述：
1、根据客户要求，负责从概念转换为产品的机械设计
2、在项目发展及首样阶段，维护设计数据库
3、跟踪样品制作过程从中发现需要改进的问题
4、负责和客户沟通，保证设计概念的正确
5、承担客户设计支持和独立自主研发项目
6、创建BOM 和PBOM
7、和团队进行现有产品的成本降价设计方案开发
8、使用ENC标准及生产程序使设计变更文件化，同时更新涉及到的图纸及数据库
9、为项目组在项目的首样、试模及量产阶段提供技术支持
10、对于与设计相关的品质问题，提供RCA并实施纠正措施

任职要求
1. 机械工程专业；
2. 本科以上学历，8年以上工作经验。
3. 专业基础扎实，具有独立的设计开发产品能力。善于迅速处理产品制作过程中遇到的问题。
4. 对滑轨产品领域熟悉优佳。
5. 熟悉钣金制造工艺优佳。
5. 工作认真，有技术钻研的精神。
6. 具有团队开发产品合作精神。
7. 较强的读写英语能力，能参与和国外客户的电话会议。
8. 熟练使用Pro/E 和CAD 软件。
