POSITION
职位：
Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, the Strategic Sourcing- Electronics is responsible for all electronics relevant parts and components supplier development, cost control and reduction, supplier chain management, etc.
该职位将向供应商开发经理汇报，负责电子产品、部件相关的供应商开发，成本管控和降低以及供应链管理等。


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
岗位职责:
? Search suitable electronic suppliers to meet company new business request.
针对公司新品要求寻找合适的供应商。

? Support the optimization and implementation of company supply chain strategies.
协助公司整体供应链策略的整合和执行。

? Set up cost saving target and search opportunities for cost down with multi-strategies and negotiation skills, and to calculate the TCO and breakdown (total cost of ownership).
设定成本节省计划，寻求可以运用多功能的策略和谈判技巧降低成本的机会和基于总拥有成本的计算。

? Earlier involvement in new projects with PM, engineering and quality teams.
早期与项目、工程、质量团队参与到新项目中。

? Assessment or audit to new suppliers and supply base management, including AVL and back-up ones.
供应商的初审和稽核以及对供应商的管理，包括AVL和备选厂商。

? Support buyer team on KPI of supplier quality and on-time delivery.
支持采购同事在供应商质量和及时交货绩效的管控。

? Other tasks assigned from line manager and management.
其他由直属主管或管理层布置的任务工作。



EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
学历和经验要求:


? Minimum 5 years of sourcing working experience in foreign companies or business groups.
至少5年的外企或大型集团的供应商开发工作经验。

? Bachelor’s degree or above with electronics or engineering background.
工程或电子相关的专业，本科或以上学历。

? Familiar with market sources, SPEC, cost analysis, manufacture process for electronic part, like cable, harness, PCBA and BOM components, etc.
熟悉电子产品的市场渠道，规格和成本分析，生产制程，比如线材、线束、PCB、PCBA和BOM零件等。

? Professional on cost breakdown and negotiation with suppliers; Ability to communicate in English
对成本分析和供应商谈判较专业，熟练使用英语沟通。

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; can read drawings and Gerber files etc.
精通办公软件，尤其Excel和PPT,能够读懂相应的图纸和Gerber文件等。

? Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and decision making skills.
较强的沟通，组织，解决问题和决策的能力。

? Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural organization.
能够在快节奏的、跨文化组织工作。

? Result oriented aggressiveness in meeting commitments, with strong sense of team work and liability or responsibility for internal and external customers;
