Job Description工作描述：
？ Perform structural analysis and Optimize Structural design(s) to ensure Adequate Fatigue Life and improved Reliability of Turbo-machinery assemblies including Compressors, Gas Turbines, and Heat Exchangers. The structural analysis will involve rotating parts as Wheels, Bearings and stationary components such as end housings, actuators bracket etc.
？ Employ Similitude/Analysis approach to reduce physical qualification tests in order to accelerate development cycle
？ And improve product reliability and/or durability.
？ Comply with company 6-Sigma requirement and use the 6-Sigma tool appropriately.

Qualifications任职资格：

？ Degree学历: ■硕士(master) □本科/学士(bachelor)
？ Major专业：Mechanical Engineering 机械工程
Work experience：工作经验
？ 1 to 2 years relevant experience of Structural Analysis
？ Strong background in applied mechanical engineering, life prediction and statistical analysis.
有擅长应用机械工程学，寿命预测以及统计分析工作背景
Key Skills：技能要求
？ Familiarity with a Finite Element solver such as ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran.
？ Knowledge of static and dynamic stresses, thermal and vibratory analyses for turbo-machinery.
了解静力学与动态应力，涡轮增压器的装配与组件的热力与振动分析
？ Solid understanding of steady and transient thermal and centrifugal effects due to different duty cycles.
精通由于不同的循环周期的应用而产生平稳和瞬变的热量和离心效应
？ Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus 了解汽车工业优先
？ Familiarity with CFD is also a plus 能应用CFD者优先
？ Sound English communication skills in both oral and writing is required 扎实的口语与书面英语技巧优先

？ Familiar with 6-Sigma & Lean Design.
