Job Description工作描述：
1、Ensure HAT meet customer satisfaction in quality, focal point of contact for H.A.T customer concerns on quality
确保涡轮增压器产品的质量及关键点控制符合客户对产品的要求；
2、Establish annual quality target, cascade quality targets to functional teams, owner of results shared with line managers
制定年度质量计划与质量指标，对团队成员进行质量目标分解；
3、Establish/sustain/improve TS16949 quality system, standard operation process and procedures, responsible for system implementation together with line managers. Promote standard work to increase work efficiency
搭建并完善以TS16949为核心的质量体系，制定操作标准，提高工作效率；
4、Receive internal & external quality complaints, find root causes by driving 8D disciplines, managing quality data base
接收内外部客户质量投诉，关注质量数据变化，运用8D质量管理软件分析质量数据
5、Lead HERM-ARCHER Quality assessment and audit, to functional teams, at least once a year to each functional team
每年至少一次带领团队对公司内部质量进行审核评估
6、Promote HERM-ARCHER quality awareness, implement training on quality
提高全员质量意识，组织并实施质量相关培训；
7、Own and implement TS16949 compliance to functions that support Turbo production
运用TS16949体系管理知识支持涡轮增压器的生产；

Qualifications任职资格：
1、Education background教育背景
University degree in engineering
大学本科工程学士学位
2、Work experience：工作经验
1. 3~5 years quality management experience on industrial products or equivalent
3-5年工业产品或机械设备质量管理相关经验；
2 .Proven leadership experience, good communication skills, know how to deal with customers & customer satisfaction
优秀的团队管理能力及语言交流沟通能力，知道如何处理客户投诉及客户满意度的方式；
3. Continuous improvement mindset, drive for perfection
良好的持续改进思想及心态
4. 6 Sigma GB minimum or BB as plus
熟悉精益生产、六西格玛绿带或黑带优先
5. Excellent team spirit and willing to make people better

3、Key Skills： 技能要求

3.Thorough knowledge of TS16949, APQP procedures, Quality Engineering, Supplier Management, Blueprint Reading, Advanced Measuring Techniques, Computer Literate

4. Knowledge of GD&T, Design for Manufacturing, VE/VA, DFMEA/PFMEA, Floor Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans

5. Fluent in both oral and written English
