Job Description工作描述：
？ Define and develop the specifications of prototype and production turbocharger(s) that will meet customer’s requirements, in line with the marketing short-term and long-term strategies.
定义开发原型机的规格，生产出满足客户需求并且符合市场短期、长期策略的涡轮增压器。
？ Issue questionnaire to customers to get new business opportunities, review and analyze the customer response, take the lead to prepare engineering proposal(s) through team work with relevant functions in a timely manner
发布客户问卷调查，以获取新的商业机遇；针对客户反馈进行考察分析；及时通过相关职能部门团队协作，主导工程方案。
？ Responsible of creation of design work requests and approval, preparation of design review, procurement of testing hardware, and completion of all customer-required tests.
负责建立设计工作的要求和标准，准备测试硬件的设计、审查和采购，并且完成所有客户要求的测试工作。
？ Provide customer any data and/or hardware based on confidentiality agreement, quality and traceability. Complete work in compliance with TS 16949 requirements.
在保密协议、质量及其可追溯性的基础上，为客户提供参数或样机部件，完成符合TS16949技术规范的工作任务。
？ Support all tests conducted on customer’s site, if necessary, give feedbacks to relevant functions in a timely manner and lead the actions to support procurement of new test hardware
支持所有在客户方进行的测试工作，在必要的情况下，对相关职能部门给予及时反馈，带头支持新测试样机部件的采购工
作。
？ Responsible of filling up engineering documents to clearly define the application limits and qualified specifications to help warranty negotiation
负责建立与完善应用工程类文件，明确标定其应用范围和合格规范，以保证与客户的协调与洽谈顺利进行。
？ Responsible of initiation of release turbocharger and its outline drawing into production and issue engineering bill of material
负责发布增压器和其外形图纸并生成增压器的物料表
？ Solve all issues during and after production thru teaming up with relevant functions such as Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Service, etc.
解决生产过程、及生产完工结束后出现的所有问题，例如生产方面、质量方面、工程方面、服务方面等。

Qualifications任职资格：
Education background教育背景
？ BS in Engineering with major study in internal-combustion engine or turbocharging. Master degree is preferred.
内燃机或涡轮增压器专业本科毕业，硕士学位优先。
Work experience：工作经验
？ Three or more years work experience in turbocharger, diesel engine or auto power-train experience is a plus
三年以上在涡轮增压器、柴油发动机或汽车动力方面的设计研发工作经验
Key Skills： 技能要求
？ Good communication skills with people in both Mandarin and English as well as in using PowerPoint
良好的中英文沟通技巧，擅于制作使用PPT。
？ Must be able to read engineering drawing and give other engineers clear and meaningful instructions that are essential to generate quality drawings
须能够读懂工程图纸，并且给予其他工程师清晰明确的指示。
？ Familiar with design software such as Pro-E, CATIA, etc.
熟悉设计软件，例如Pro-E, CATIA等。
？ PC sufficient
足够的PC应用能力。
