岗位职责：
1、Understand basic computer controlled machine theory, machine axis’s control methods, and following errors concept. Can read machine programming code. Understand machine axis move steps. Can manually operate each machine axis. Fully familiar with machine’s control panel function after training.
了解基本的计算机控制理论，加工中心各轴的控制方法和报警机制。能读懂程序代码(G代码)。了解加工中心各轴的运动顺序。能手动编程与操作。经培训后能熟练操作控制面板上的各功能键。
2、Understand metal cutting theory. Capable of selecting cutting tools, choose cutting RPM/feed/speed, cutting fluid, controlling of chip formation.
熟悉金属加工理论，能选择合适的刀具、主轴转速、进给、线速度，和冷却液，并能控制碎屑的形状。
3、Responsible for setting up fixture/tooling, and work piece. Align origin point on machine. Adjust tool length and diameter compensation. Input tool data using tool probe system. Offset work piece dimension. In process dimension offset.
负责工装和工件的安装调试。寻找加工原点。调试长度补偿和半径补偿。使用刀具在线检测功能输入刀具信息。补偿工件尺寸，以及过程中相关尺寸的补偿。
4、Has good sense of mathematics – add and substrate numbers clearly. Know Cartesian and Polar coordination system.
对数字有较强的敏感度—思路清晰。了解笛卡尔坐标系和极坐标系。
5、Operate machine daily to meet production requirement, and record statistic process control data, and make part-to-part dimension adjustment. Recommend continues process improvement.
根据生产需求操作机器，记录过程控制数据，调试工件尺寸。对持续改进提出建议。
6、Maintain machine Daily Log Book.
填写日常调试记录维护单。
7.、Maintain and clean the machine in perfect operation condition. Maintain machine utility requirements (such as air pressure, coolant, tool change lubrication….) in good condition.
维护和清理机器以保证机器在最优的环境下工作。保证机器的性能最佳，例如空压气、温湿度、机床各部件的润滑。
8、Work with Manufacturing Engineering to load and dry-run the first article.
配合ME试做首版和新品试制。
9、Work with Maintenance Department to trouble shoot and maintain the machine.
配合ME部门现场问题解决和设备的维护。
