职位描述
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Ensure that GenRad testing machine to work normal at any time
-Finishing HQ need to update the test procedure
-Finishing necessary commissioning test program
-Supervision of product testing and the mainly work of managing the test engineers
-To deal with the department daily affairs
-Co-ordinate planning and implementation of test technicians to support production
-Knowledge of functional testing and design
-Responsible for all testing , trouble shooting and repair of printed circuit boards and assemblies
-Report status and follow up daily/weekly basis work
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
-College degree or above
-Equivalent experience in all phases of testing
-Hp3070 and Genrad ( or equivalent) test equipment, test program knowledge
-Electronic Engineering experience.
-Be familiar to test process
-the experience of managing department
-Good management and communication skills
-Be able to demonstrate good problem solving skills
-Good English speaking, reading and writing ability
-Good management experience in test team is necessary.
