Purchasing Supervisor(MRO)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major on mechanical engineering, electrics engineering or international trade related.
2. 4-5 year's material order handling and management experience in manufactory, familiar with MRO
3. Strong communication, analytical , and problem solving skills.
4. Strong negotiation
5. Skills and good team work spirits
6. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle is preferred)
7. Fluent English oral and writing
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and develop MRO purchasing procedure.
2. Responsible MRO team for PR and PO progress managing.
3. AVL develop management for bonded and non-bonded.
4. Follow up team daily operation and cooperate with related department.
5. MRO inventory control both bonded and non-bonded.
6. MRO supplier negotiation for commercial terms and contracts.
7. MRO payment application monitor. Cooperate with finance for payment flow.
8. MRO supplier qualification & performance and cost control.
9. MRO Oracle system maintenance and development.
10. Purchasing KPI target.
11. Team member leadership and training course and performance review.
12. Report to purchasing manager.
13. Other job that assigned by purchasing manager.
