职位描述

Responsibilities:
Support GSI projects in assigned regions from initial shipping to completion as defined per assigned projects. Assist dealers on assigned projects to assure successful integration of GSI systems. Review and strengthen the project management process by holding post mortem meetings and report out improvement opportunities going forward. Define areas for improvement in all aspects of the total customer experience from GSI and our dealers. Put together training programs for dealer and customers to build GSI brand and business.
Outcomes
1. Assure successful total experience for customers by agreed upon % in assigned areas by end of 2014
- Grade performance from beginning to end of assigned projects-Minimum of 2 project reviews per dealer, per year.
- Stay close to dealer and customer to monitor their acceptance of deliverables
- Add dealers in gap areas
2. Work closely with GSI teams team to provide regional reports
- Order Entry process
- Shipping
- Engineering
- Operations
- Quality Control
- Sales and marketing
3. Rate dealers for competency and then train on areas in need of improvement
- Rate on sales and technical competency all existing dealers
- Establish Service and Parts warehouses with Strategic dealers to support GSI equipment
- Set up training in region or at BASLC with rolling schedule 6 months into your assignment
- Ongoing evaluation based on front to end support of sold projects reviewed semi -annual on dealers
- Establish metrics to assure ongoing training and score cards for dealer competencies and ability to service our customers
4. Evaluate the need for increased GSI in country support. Define what skills are needed to support customers and dealers.
- By end of first year on job make recommendations on what type of support may be needed in selected areas of responsibility
- Technical and sales support for customers and dealers from GSI located in region and what this would look like.
- Plan with dealers and customers how GSI can improve their project support deliverables
