Responsibility: 责任

1. Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.制定、执行和管理工厂的维修计划和维修预防

2. Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.监督和管理备品备件

3. Maintains and repairs maintenance shop equipment.管理维修车间设备

4. Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.建立设备管理资料：台账、维修历史记录和备件

5. Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.提供与维修相关的运营改善计划和数据分析

6. Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner. Assist with hiring of maintenance personnel. Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians培训、招聘维修人员以及对其绩效评估

7. Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement. 跟踪设备运行，减少停机时间；计划年度改进方案；

8. Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.跟踪、分析和改进设备利用率、维修成本、TPM执行等

9. Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.对安全、健康和环境负责

Qualification:

1. Major in a related technical field or certificate or diploma from trade school in related field and eight years experience in the maintenance and/or operation of a process manufacturing facility or equivalent combination of education and experience. 机械、技术相关类专业毕业，8年以上相关维修经验

2. Experience with repairs and maintenance of metal fabrication equipment.熟悉钣金加工设备

3. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software, e.g., word processing, email, and spreadsheets. 相应计算机知识

4. Must have the ability to work effectively with Computerized Maintenance Management System and instruct others on its operation.熟悉维修管理系统并指导他人操作；

5. The employee must be able to climb ladders and work in high, precarious places up to elevations of 20 Meters.有高空作业经验；

6. Operate a forklift and man Lift. With the electronic technician license; 会叉车,有电工证；

7. Good management skills, maintenance management, and costs control abilities.有维修管理技能和成本控制意识

8. Strong abilities to judge, analyse and problem-solving, good communication, coordination, influential, resilience and good team spirit.过硬的解决、分析能力；很好的组织协调能力

9. English oral and written is a plus会英语者优先
