Job responsibilities (main tasks) / 工作职责：

- Define goals, content and schedule of assigned OPEX projects in line with the plant strategy, roadmap and targets - Initiatives on the OPEX program and continuous improvement projects - Facilitate for Kaizen events and OPEX workshop to deliver the results based on the timeline defined - Train, coach for Kaizen leaders both in workshop and classroom - Verify project goals and schedule on a regular basis and apply changes if requested - Lead for OPEX assessment program and improve the KPIs - Organize for OPEX visit and follow up for closure - To support on the OPEX project scoping and define the targets - Validate the OPEX project results, benefits and cost savings - Define the template for OPEX and Kaizen projects - Engage with the suppliers to improve the delivery, quality, lead time and cost - Leverage the customer for the demand level loading and balance the in-house manufacturing capacity - Help the operations team to do the value stream mapping

Job qualifications/任职条件：

- Bachelor degree or masters degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar - 5 years experience in the machinery industry; Experience in textile machinery field is preferable - 3 - 5 years experience on Lean, Kaizen and OPEX project management field - Rich experience in project management regarding lean six sigma, kaizen and operational excellence - Various lean projects management experience with proved cost savings - Project management training, Certificate of six sigma BB or Lean Master is an advantage - Be fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English - MS Office, PPT - Strong project management skills, strong in motivating staff, endurance, ability to work under high pressure - Strong communication skills, team player, positive attitude towards solving problems, interdisciplinary working style - High sense of responsibility, self-employed, initiative, action driven

Rieter Changzhou Textile Instruments Co., Ltd (Rieter Changzhou) is a wholly owned production subsidiary of Rieter Textile Division with total investment of 93,000,000 Euro. We have our own Machining, Sheet Metal, Electrics and Assembly departments. The products assembled and produced in changzhou sold successfully to domestic and global markets.
