Job responsibilities (main tasks) / 工作职责：
-Take overall localization ownership for assigned project
-Follow up localization progress, make sure project follow-up list maintained
-Act as liaison between projects & sourcing categories; as representative of sourcing team but working in project environment/level; make sure info flow smooth between project and sourcing category
-Sample following up, including placing sampling request, progress following up and on time delivery
-Involve/participate related project activities, such as routine project meeting etc.
-Identify and implement potential improvement on quality, cost, supply chain delivery, such as second source, supply chain integration etc.
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor and/or project

Job qualifications/任职条件：
-college degree and above. Relevant technical background in electrical, mechanical, casting and sheet metal etc.
-5-8years working experiences in sourcing, project management, NPI or product transfer.
-Independency, accountability and result oriented.
-project management, people management
-Teamwork spirit
-Sound communication skill
-Fluent English comprehension.
-Microsoft Office, ERP (SAP preferred)
-Open, easy going, proactive

In China, there are 2 subsidiaries.

Rieter Textile (Shanghai) Co. Ltd is a wholly owned production subsidiary of Rieter Textile Division. It locates in the Hongqiao Development zone in Shanghai.

Rieter Changzhou Textile Instruments Co., Ltd (Rieter Changzhou) is a wholly owned production subsidiary of Rieter Textile Division with total investment of 93,000,000 Euro. We have our own Machining, Sheet Metal, Electrics and Assembly departments. The products assembled and produced in changzhou sold successfully to domestic and global markets. In 2008, Rieter Changzhou invested more than RMB35,000,000 to buy a new land which is 116,000 m2 for the enlargement of portfolio and the first phase have finished at the end of 2011.
