Responsibilities:

1.Product Testing and Inspection

-Design and modify test fixtures

-Make sure the testers are in good utilization condition and maintainance status

-Give inspectors enough training about products and test methodology

-Tester's configuration and debug of test software

-Improve current test system and increase test effieciency

2.Customer Complaint handling

-Quick response for customer complaints and give clients satisfactory feedback timely

-Organize failure analysis for customer complaints and follow up the actions taken

-Keep low gate-buster level and complaint DPPM

3.Product quality assurance

-Arrange the daily work of inspectors for testing and outgoing checking

-Assure the excecution of routine inspection task and keep the records

-Prepare and update the related test and inspection documents

-Work out quality planning of project and product together with team members

-Continously improvement in terms of quality performance ,process, labor productivity

4.Internal Failure analysis

-Lead team to do internal failure analysis and trouble shooting

-Data collection and monthly statistics of quality performance

-Correct the process variations and resolve the quality and test issues in the production line

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree majored in Electronics, Cable, Testing or Telecommunication

2.Over 3 years' experience in relevant position

3.Having experience of ICT test, F/T or ATS ,oscilloscope,network analyser is absolutely advantage

4.Be familiar with high frequency electronic parts and testing theory

5.Having customer complaints handling background will be preferred
