主要职责/长期目标
1.As the sourcing leader for new product development and introduction, make related commodity strategy
主导新项目和新产品的供应商开发，制定相关物料的采购战略
2.Responsible for specific commodity sourcing and new supplier development
负责指定物料的供应商开发
3.Negotiate for new part price and control total material cost to achieve cost target
商谈新零件价格，并且控制整体成本已达成既定成本目标
4.Coordinates supply chain issues to make whole supply chain smoothly
协调供应链问题，以保证整个供应链顺畅运行
5.As required, place purchase orders and monitors the cost, schedule to assure best quality at best value
根据需求，下达订单和追踪进度，并确保采购物美价廉的货物
6.Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
根据用户部门的意见，反馈分析情况及数据并按标准的采购操作流程采购
Competencies required for the position

Knowledge/Training/Experiences
知识/培训/经验:
1.Bachelor's Degree
本科学历
2.Minimum of 3 years of commercial sourcing/purchasing experience in the assigned commodity
至少3年相关材料的供应商开发及采购经验（包括铸件、机加工件等）
3.Good negotiations skills and analytical skills with the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships
拥有良好的谈判和分析技巧，有着管理和发展供应商关系的能力
4.Excellent Project Management skill, with experience of new product development and introduction
出色的项目管理技巧，和新项目供应商开发经验
5.The feeling for accuracy and quality is a must
具备精确及质量意识
6.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
发现及汇报任何质量或违规问题并根据需要立即采取纠正行动
7.Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills both in Chinese and English
较好的中英文沟通能力（包括口语，书面语及人际交往）
8.The excellent can be accepted with partially meeting above requirements.
优秀者，可适当放宽条件。
Preferred首选:
1.Be familiar with SAP system operating 熟练操作SAP系统
