职位描述
Main tasks:
1. Lead order processing and customer service - technical support teams to implement business objectives and accomplish company's goals.
2. Provide pre / after sales technical service & products application, and technical training;
3. Handle and coordinate order processing, production planning, discount evaluation and customer complains.
4. Take the role of key user of SAP and maintenance person in factory;
5. Contact closely with headquarter of AP to provide the sales forecast of timely to production department.
Responsibility:
Responsible for leading customer service team to provide pre-sales and after-sales technical service and products application, and training to customers. Leader for training & application center;
Responsible for leading planning team to process orders and as a liaison among headquarter, sales and factory;
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree or equivalent related experience in mechanical, electrical and automotive;
2. More than 5 years experiences in customer service and 3 years work experiences at mechanical products.
3. Customer-oriented, self-starter, work under pressure, flexible, presentable;
4. Good leadership for multi-nation team;
5. Excellent communication in English (written & spoken), German or Chinese proficiency is preferred.

English or Chinese, German is a plus
