RESPONSIBILITY
1) Manage new product project from manufacturing view. Ensuring all process of product development project run properly within the scheduled time line. Hold team accountable to the management review/APQP process and ensure projects fall within scope of product plan guidelines.
2) Eliminate barriers to team progress within/outside team. Develop NPD team in both process management and project management.
3) Head the decision making process set pace, encourage input, deal with conflict ambiguity.
4) Work with cross functions to ensure right processes are in place to meet customer needs fully and quickly. Remove barriers to integration across functional perspectives.
5) Develop meaningful measures and report progress against them.
QUALIFICATION
1) B. S. degree or above, majoring in ME, EE or other equivalent ones.
2) At least 5 Years of experience in automotive industry or semiconductor industry; experience in new product introduction is a plus.
3) Be familiar with APQP.
4) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
