RESPONSIBILITY
1) Works with Sensata global team for projects support, including new products development, new components / new supplier development, etc.
2) Responsible for daily supplier quality incidents support, including supplier incidents disposition, supplier 8D verification, supplier audit and supplier management review.
3) Monitors and optimizes make site internal SQE related flowchart / procedures.
4) Educates and deploys SQE related flowchart / procedures to all related functions.
5) Completely executes the global supplier management tools for same communication platform with global team.
6) Uses VDA to assess supplier system risk and takes actions accordingly.
QUALIFICATION
1) B.S. degree or above, majoring in EE, ME or other equivalent ones.
2) At least 2 years working experience on automotive industry, familiar with AIAG manual: APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP and SPC.
3) At least 3 years working experience on SQE function, familiar with supplier management process, including supplier selection, qualification, monitoring, and controls.
4) At least 2 years working experience on quality function, familiar with 8D, Fishbone, 5 why, etc;
5) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
PREFERRED
1) Certified TS internal auditor is preferred.
2) Program manager experience is preferred.
3) Abundant machining (and/or) molding knowledge is preferred.
4) 6 Sigma Green Belt or above is preferred.
