RESPONSIBILITY
1) Make and provide accounting reports timely which are in line with new PRC GAAP, prepare statistic reports.
2) Calculate and declare tax reports timely and fill in related tax detailed report required by tax bureau.
3) Coordinate to finish annual audit, foreign exchange audit, settlement and payment of the yearly enterprise income tax and business audit etc.
4) Work and complete transfer pricing filing.
5) Familiar with tax law, tax incentives and identify tax saving potentials and align with Corp Tax and Legal.
6) Understand High New Technologies Enterprise filing and similar experience.
7) Review all the vouchers and ensure timely reconciliations of all accounts.
8) Familiar with SOX and coordinator company SOX activities.
9) Other jobs appointed by direct supervisor.
QUALIFICATION
1) Bachelor's Degree majoring in accounting and equivalent ones.
2) 6 years of accounting related working experience in manufacturing industry.
3) Experience in cost accounting and ERP system is a major advantage.
4) Easy going, team player, detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
5) Computer literate at least in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
6) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
