RESPONSIBILITY
1) Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring site ESH programs and policies.
2) Ensures compliance with government regulation in ESH area.
3) Conducts training for employee and audit in the company; tracks the necessary corrective actions.
4) Maintains the ISO14000 program and keeps smooth communication with certification body; ensures the qualification for annual recertification without major findings.
5) Keeps frequent communication and knowledge sharing with other Sensata sites and US headquarter.
QUALIFICATION
1) B. S. degree or above, majoring in Environmental/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or other equivalent ones.
2) Above 2 Years of related working experience in ESH area; working experience in MNCs is preferred.
3) Certification as internal auditor for ISO14000 is preferred.
4) Team player and willing to take challenges; excellent execution ability.
5) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
