Purpose of the role
Managing the local site CS team and ensuring that they are following the stated objectives of the department and providing good level of service to the other departments within the site.
Core Accountabilities
Lead the Customer Service Group in Zhenjiang, China to provide the effective and efficient services for China made plates to global markets, imported ABS coils to Chinese Customers, imported AC/CP Plates from Ko/Duffel to China market.
-Develop and manage the China Customer Service Team located in Zhenjiang
-Optimize the existing Customer Service process and Procedure based on business needs, including the Customer Setup, Customers Order Acknowledgement Process, Shipment Process, Consignment Process, Customer Claim Process and etc.
-Train and support the team members to perform the customer Service Activities in Oracle. Those include, but are not limited to, are:
oCustomer setup
oCustomer inquiry process,
oPrice quote and verification process
oProduct items creation
oOrder entry and creation process
oCredit approval process
oProduction status report
oLogistics and shipment coordination
oOn-time delivery
oInvoicing process
oPayments collection
oCustomer complains management
-Management of the sales and shipment forecast and improve the forecast accuracy
-Price list implementation and feedback to Market.
-Maintain the margin input and update
-Manage Frame Agreement Implementation
-Manage the Order Booking
-Establish the effective KPI for Customer Service operation, optimize the working process and procedures and tools/systems, and continuously improve the team performances,
-Analyze the operation data and identify the further improvement opportunities.
-Own and manage the finished goods inventory
-Provide the regular aging report and promote the sales of over aged materials
-Provide the various business operation report for management decisions, including the sales forecast report, open order report, production status report, shipment report
-Together with Sales, manage the Customer visits at site, maintain and manage the Customer relationship
-Closely interaction with Aleris global stakeholders from Duffel, Koblenz and US sales, and key Customers.
Qualifications
1.Bachlor degree or above with a major in business administration or others
2.At least 5 years of customer service or sales admin. management, with at least 3 years in management position in EU/US multi nations companies.
3.Familiar with Microsoft office software and SAP or Oracle system
4.Strong in data reporting and analysis skills
5.Strong communication, organization and coordination skill
6.Open in personality and synergy player
7.Work with high customer orientation
8.Proficiency in oral and written English, German preferred
