职位描述：

JD:

1. Working with team to implement the sales strategy.
2. Maintain the current customers, develop new business in the marketing.

3. Set up long term strategic relationship with key customers to endure sales and market share increase.
4. Conduct sales & market survey, submit market and competitor trends and build up customer data base.
5. Closely work with finance department to set up and implement customer credit management system in accordance with company guide lines and policies to strictly control our business risk.

6. Implement the commercial strategy and ensure related activities within the budget.

7. Other tasks assigned by management team.

JR:

1. More than 3 years working experience in Sales field, preferred sales experience in Spring products.

2. Prefer Education background in Mechanical.

3. Fluent communication skills in English.

4. Good analytical skills, quick learning ability, good team spirit, target-oriented working style, Honest.

5. Very good computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), MS Project.

6. Working location is based in Shanghai.
