Objective:
职位目标：
To prepare purchasing order and rolling forecast to suppliers, to improve supplier OTD and OTTR performance, to arrange supplier payment, to reduce special freight cost and control the inventory level to reach logistics function target.

Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
主要职责及其他工作内容如下：
？ Release purchase orders to suppliers. Trace the parts till arrival. Continue improve Supplier OTD and OTTR performance.
？ Update rolling forecast and communicate with supplier, help supplier prepare reasonable safety stock accordingly.
？ Control inventory level reach target via multiple purchasing mode, such as consignment, Kanban.
？ Do assessment on supplier capacity to find delivery delay risk to avoid production shortage.
？ Supplier delivery performance management, supplier logistics and packing solution standardization and improvement.
？ Supplier payment arrangement.
？ Importing material transportation arrangement customs clearance business handling.

Bachelor's Degree
？ Graduated from college and majored in information management and system.
？ 5 years professional experience of purchasing or material planning function
？ Certifications of MMOG training is priority.

？ Excellent personality and communication skills at all levels within an international manufacturing environment in both Chinese and English language.
？ Ability to operate and work effectively in a fast paced and evolving environment.
？ Basic knowledge on TS16949/OHSAS18001/ISO14001.
？ Ability to communicate information accurately and get along with different department and multiple culture background customers and suppliers.
？ Contactable after working hours for logistics related support and communications.
？ Be familiar with international trade acknowledgement.
