职位描述：
1 Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or; 3 years post secondary school education, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Technology机械工程学专业本科学历，或大专学历三年以上工作经验，主修机械、工业或金属工艺工程.
2 Blueprint Reading, Basic Measuring Techniques, Experienced and competent in using including but not limited to CAD packages, Solid Works读懂图纸，基本的测量技术，精通CAD, Solid Works等.
3 Working knowledge in the design of assembly fixtures具备装配夹具设计经验.
4 The practical knowledge of assembly processes and assembly procedure 有装配工艺实践知识和装配流程.
5 Demonstrated ability to multi-task有能力做多种工作.
6 Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and read English熟练的英文读写能力.
7 Knowledge of GD&T, QFD, Design for Manufacturing, VE/VA, DOE, FMEA, DFMEA/PFMEA, Reliability Engineering Plans懂GD&T, QFD, 制造设计、 VE/VA, DOE, FMEA, DFMEA/PFMEA,和可靠性工程计划.
8 Must be very familiar with Automotive Manufacturing Process, assembly process, Control Plans, and Continuous Improvement Techniques非常熟悉汽车制造工艺、装配工艺，控制计划和持续改进技术.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责
1 Responsible for all process and equipment procurement and development for new programs . 负责所有新项目的工艺和设备的开发，验收。
2 Facilitate equipment run off, installation and ramp up to ensure flawless launch of new programs.负责新项目的设备调试，安装以及运行，保证试生产的顺利进行。
3 Support for new line production from SOP to Gate 8 and meet S3 requirements for OEE, operation count etc.负责新生产线在各营运部门确认SOP直到Gate8，确保新生产线的OEE以及其它营运指标达到S3的要求。
4 Develops process, assembly equipment and tooling standards as they relate to assembly to ensure the process is suitable for application, is functional, practical and ergonomically sound. Conduct design for manufacturing review 定义装配工艺的工艺流程、设备和工装，保证工艺的适用性，功能性、实用和正确的人机工程.
5 Assists sales and marketing in the quoting of new business, develops process capital costs, fixture, tooling, perishable tools, cycle time analysis, layout, environmental considerations etc. 协助销售部门新项目的报价，完成工艺所需资产费用、工装夹具费、易耗品费、工艺节拍分析、生产布局、环境评估等.
6 Generates Equipment Floor Plans, Process Flow Diagrams and PFMEA’s from Engineering Part Prints for new programs.根据新项目工程产品图纸生成设备平面图、工艺流程图和PFMEA.
7 Develop SORs for assembly equipment, fixture and tooling. Conduct equipment, and tooling supplier technical review, coordinate sourcing decision on equipment and fixture selection 编写装配设备、工装夹具的技术说明。主导装配设备、夹具供应商的技术评审，协调设备与工装的采购定点.
8 Follow up with assembly equipment and tooling vendors as required, including but not limited to supplier design reviews, timeline tracking, cycle time analysis and confirm, preliminary process capability study, pre-acceptance, installation and final acceptance. Coordinate interface support to suppliers for equipment and tooling completion 按需跟踪装配设备与工装供应商，包括但不限于供应商设计评审、进度跟踪、节拍分析和确认、初始过程能力分析、预验收、安装调试和终验收.
9 Selection of lubricant, , coolant, washing fluid etc. for new programs to ensure cycle time and production perishable cost are in budget 新项目润滑剂、.冷却剂、清洗剂等选型，保证生产节拍和生产易耗品费用在预算内.
10 define process parameters for new programs .确定新项目工艺参数.
11 Participate in all APQP processes, review & timely close program open issues assigned 参与整个APQP流程，回顾并按时关闭分配的项目待完成问题.
12 Develops process sheet, set-up instruction, error proofing verification instruction and other documents required by GQS as they related to process development and standardization, train production supervisor and applicable staff as required for new programs 编制新项目工艺过程卡、调试作业指导书、防错验证指导书等其它GQS所需有关工艺开发和标准化作业的文件，培训生产主管和其它相关适用人员.
