QUALIFICATION 任职资格：
? A degree in electrical or electro-mechanical engineering with knowledge of electrical
     engineering, thermal and motion control devices and machine control hardware concepts.
? ? Knowledge of CAD / Electrical Layout software, AutoCad.
? ? 3-5 years’ experience in the design and fabrication of electrical control systems for
     commercial market capital equipment.
? ? Experience working with Allen Bradley/Mitsubishi/Siemens PLC and HMI products,
     diverter, frequency convertor, etc.
? ? Willingness to participate in the hands-on engineering work required
? Experience of Ethernet networks and configuration, Remote I/O configuration, PID Loop
tuning and setup, Control systems integration (various), Plant power distribution,
Emergency Generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Motor Control Centers and
panel boards
? ? Knowledge of the thermal system industry a plus.
? ? Mechanical , Airflow and Thermodynamic knowledge a plus
? ? Excellent quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills.
? ? Excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
? ? Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with all levels of the organization
     and externally.
? ? Strong proficiency with MS Word Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook a plus.
? ? Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas
     of responsibility.
? Thorough understanding of 24v DC, 120v AC, 240v AC and 480v AC electrical
     circuits, in both single and three phase.
? ? Good English skill in both verbal and written


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：
? Designing and developing new control systems
? Maintaining and modifying existing systems,
? Keep regional electrical components list on updating
? Working collaboratively with ME, purchasing department for any new equipment to be purchased
? Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors and relevant authorities
? Project management within cost and time constrained environments
? Troubleshooting and problem-solving
? Understanding and ensuring compliance with the health and safety regulations
     (OSHA), National Electrical Code, and Modine policies and procedures
     and safe work practices
? Providing advice and consultancy support to maintenance and production
? Purchasing electrical control equipment/components
? Writing and developing computer software, HMI screens and data collection, PLC
      ladder and mathematical calculation code, structured text (Control Logic)
? Developing new work proposals and requests for funding
? Tuning, commissioning, and programming VFDs (Variable Frequency AC Drives)
? Accepting responsibility and a level of accountability
? Involve PLC programming when equipment/line in construction at home and supplier side, consistent with best practice
? Keep track on proper spare parts stock
? Continuous improvement and proactive thinking to prevent problem happen
? Play significant role in MPS activity.
? Implement SAP PM and follow up the issues found in PM practice.
