职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities:
1. "Translation: oral or writen translation of Chinese-English, English-Chinese as Manager or Department demand. Including phone call support. Keep all documents and information bilingual. (Reports, ppt information, e-mails, etc). "
2. Assistant support for: meeting management (organization or take meeting minutes), prepare coffee brake, visitors logistics (car dispatching applications, receive and direct visitors), business trip logistics.
3. Paper work management: file storage (physical and electronic), scanning, photocopying and mailing, etc., and retrieve documents from filing system.
4. Handle requests for information and data: information research and provide written responses to routine enquires.
5. Occasional translation support on personal stuff, like translation with services providers, medical situation specially emergencies.
6. Resolve administrative problems and inquiries and administrative procedures such as financial aplications or purchase orders, etc.
7. Department equipment management: maintenance issues, consumables,
8. Confidentiality: It is highly required that any of the matters discussed or treated by department manager either personal or professional be kept as a secret, not sharing withut authorization or dicussion the information assisstant get access to.

Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree
2. TEM 8, familiar with MS Office
3. Minimum one year experience as translator
4. Need to be able to travel and to work overtime ocassionally
5. Need to be able to provide support after working time.
