Requirements:
1、Bachelor Degree or above
2、Over 5 years legal experience in manufacturing environment
3、Capable of independent and pro-active work
4、Excellent English skill, both in speaking and writing
Responsibility:
1、Drafting the guideline of contract reviewing and managing the contract from legal perspective
2、Purchasing contract review process to be established and elaborated
3、Setting up template contract for daily supplier
4、Daily contract reviewing and filing
5、Setting up sales contract template
6、Reviewing the client's template contract
7、Including HR issue such as handbook, labor contract, confidential agreement, non-competition agreement
8、Establishing the contract review process internally
9、Arbitration and law suit follow up
10、Train on employee and staff on legal issue periodically
11、Implementing the compliant system in China
12、Start the anti-corruption and non-confliction interest issue systematically
13、Managing and motivating the commercial team
14、Training the commercial team on legal issue
