职位描述：
1、接待来访学员，帮助学员诊断学习中的问题, 向学员介绍沃尔得国际英语教育的课程，设计符合客户需求的课程；
2、挖掘学员实际需求，帮助学员了解公司的服务模式，促成其在本中心学习； 
3、与学员建立良好的关系，确保学员完成学习目标，做好学员服务,处理其在学习中遇到的问题；
4、进行老客户的回访及信息的反馈工作；
5、完成每月的课程销售任务并力争超越目标。

任职要求：
1、具备良好的形象、气质及沟通能力；
2、具备销售、培训或客户服务工作经验者优先；
3、有一定英语基础，英语听说能力好者优先考虑；
4、责任心强,有耐心,热情,有亲和力。
