职位描述：
？ Train supplier on Magna’s procedures in order to implement them with all supplier bases; 培训供应商熟悉应用Magna 的程序；
？ Management for all suppliers PPAP’s ensuring they are submitted on time and all requirements have been met, as an executive summary;管理所有供应商的PPAP确保所有提交能按时按要求提交；
？ Management for all APQP projects via gate review, APQP work book to make sure supplier can meet program requirement;管理所有的APQP 项目经过Gate review, APQP work book来确保供应商满足项目要求；
？ Continuous communication with PM Manager in order to be deeply involved on program issue and assist on supplier activities to be performed to accomplish launch expectations; 与项目经理进行沟通确保参与项目的所有问题在供应商商能够执行进而达到量产的要求；
？ Participate the weekly APQP meeting;参加每周APQP会议；
？ Participate in the supplier selection process for Magna, Provide technical and practical support when contract terms and conditions are being drafted. Actively manage the development of new suppliers;参与Magna供应商的选择, 提供足够的技术支持,并管理供应的发展；
？ Verifying and approving all supplier advanced quality planning activities and for providing assistance as required to the supplier in the development of these activities; 确认并批准供应商的先期APQP 并提供支持在供应商的提升；
？ Attend on each program APQP meeting and follow up and support the PPAP from supplier for any PPAP requirement such as EWO, PCR, and new volume; 参加并支持每个项目的APQP会议, 跟踪所有供应商的PPAP应用于EWO,PCR,新增量；
？ Verify supplier’s PPAP process and R&R status, verify presence, quantity and quality of Magna owned tooling, Provide an early warning to a Magna of suppliers who are likely to have quality and /or delivery problems; 验证供应商的PPAP过程和R&R 状态, 验证现场,数量,以及质量,提供预警当供应商出现质量及交付问题；
？ Travel to supplier to verify the correction action plan implementation for quality complaint;拜访供应商对质量问题的改善措施的现场验证；
？ Appropriation of PPAP documents checked on plausibility and timing;
？ Technical supplier evaluation as decision assistance for the determination of suppliers according to:

？ Product
？ already manufactured reference products at the supplier
？ technical "competition analysis" with several candidates (Technology, Technique ...)
Qualifications任职资格:

？ University degree in Engineering or equivalent;工程类或相关专业大学毕业；
？ Proficient in the use of MS-Office software; 熟悉办公软件；
？ Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO14001 internal audit skills as well as TS 16949;具备IS014001 和TS 16949 内审技巧；
？ 3 years of tier 1 automotive experience, preferably in a cross functional role; 3年 汽车行业经验；
？ Thorough knowledge of quality and manufacturing tools such as SPC, FMEA, CP, Pokeyoke, Pareto analysis, cause and affect analysis, fishbone diagrams, PPAP; 熟悉质量工具, 如SPC,FMEA, 控制计划,Poke Yoke, 主因次分布图,因果分析,鱼刺图；
？ Six Sigma experience would be asset; 最好有6 sigma经验；
？ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Strong persuasive skills, assertiveness, ability to work under pressure, analytical, proactive; 良好的英语说写能力, 自信, 说服力强, 承压能力强, 分析能力强, 积极性强；
