职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. HSE:
Keep working environment safe, secure, clean and healthy. Identify and report potential unsafe situations and take immediate actions or suggests improvements when applicable.
2. Experimental Reporting:
2.1 For the assigned experimental work, could develop experimental plan with necessary literature research, so as to initiate discussion and get approval from Senior Lab Specialists and/or line managers.
2.2 Completed report should be consists contents like details observation, necessary data analysis and clear conclusion.
3. Creativity:
3.1 Leverage technical information through reporting, publication, internal knowledge sharing, in order to increase the overall expertise of the organization.
3.2 Develop new and further improve current experimental methods. Generate innovative ideas and solutions to problems.
4. Lab facility:
4.1 Skilled in equipment and instrument operation, calibration and maintenance.
4.2 Develop new and further improve current operation procedures based on instrument operation manual.
4.3 Provide basic training to new comers, students, visitors etc.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Science Degree or above in polymer/rubber related area.
2. Have less than 3 years related lab working experience.
3. Use English be working language.
4. Skill in Office software.

新工厂将会生产优质级的三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）来满足亚洲市场消费者的不同需求。朗盛三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）将以Keltan品牌在市场上销售。
